Bespoke extruded aluminium profiles are designed to reduce the machining requirements, making the production of precision components faster and more economical. However, there are often elements that demand fabrication. We have amassed a full range of state-of-the-art equipment to ensure we achieve quality CNC cutting, milling and aluminium machining.
We meet your requirements with CNC routers, Vertical & Horizontal Milling machines, Lathes, Pillar Drills, 20 & 40 Tonne Power Presses, hydraulic punching machines, Mitre saws, Compound Mitre saws and band saws. Our experienced engineers are multi-skilled, enabling the flexibility to select the correct machine for the product size, scale of production and required CNC machining tolerances.

With a full complement of high-specification plant and machinery, we are equipped to provide full fabrication services. This includes the tightest CNC aluminium cutting, routing, milling, turning, drilling, punching and notching. Combined with our in-house powder coating, assembly and stock holding facilities, Salesmade Ltd is the one-stop-shop for your aluminium extrusion and fabrication requirements.
Aluminium Product Assembly
We offer aluminium fabrication as a stand-alone service, yet we have a dedicated on-site workshop for product assembly. We assemble door frames, partitioning, vehicle parts and other structures to your exact specifications.
Our team offers advice on design, fabrication and assembly to support the development of prototype parts and high-volume manufacturing.
Powder Coating & Stockholding
After fabricating aluminium, we offer powder coating services in-house in Aylesbury, to supply bespoke aluminium profiles, that are finished and ready for installation.
Within our 24000 sqft warehouses, Salesmade Ltd can hold extruded aluminium profiles and related materials. This facility can aid your stock management and enables us to offer dramatically reduced lead times.
