Aluminium Fabrication
The lightweight, strong and versatile nature of aluminium makes it the ideal material for a wide range of products. With the right knowledge and equipment, it can be extruded, cut, folded and punched into any conceivable shape. As a result, it is used in almost every industry. Bespoke aluminium extrusions make this task effortless, repeatable and economical. Designing key features into the profile helps when it comes to being assembled or installed, but there will almost always be elements which need to be machined, punched or fabricated. Our huge range of machinery amassed over the years enables us to achieve these machining operations with ease. Our skilled engineers, trained in house, are multiskilled, enabling flexibility when it comes to choosing the correct machine for the job depending on the size of product and tolerances required.
Our vast array of machines include CNC Routers, Vertical and Horizontal Milling Machines, Lathes, Pillar drills, 20 & 40 Tonne power presses, hydraulic punching machines, mitre saws, compound mitres saws & band saws.
