We have a flexible skilled on-site team and a multitude of precision machinery to offer aluminium profiles cut to length. With 3 double mitre saws cutting up to 4.5m each, or combined in tandem for 6m plus lengths, we provide fast and accurate saw cutting services. In addition, we have compound mitre saws, notching saws, band saws and table saws for cutting aluminium extrusion lengthways or cutting aluminium sheet products.

One hidden benefit of bespoke aluminium extrusions is the ability to select your bulk length from the extrusion mill. This gives you the flexibility to select the most economical bar length for each profile. Using algorithms, we can minimise wastage and maximise efficiency by cutting extruded profiles in multiple product sizes from a single bulk length. Regardless of batch size, Salesmade Ltd achieves tolerances of +/- 0.25mm to provide the perfect fit for parts used in a wide range of applications.
From prototypes and bespoke projects to high volume commercial orders for mass production, we commit to quality services and precision profile cutting. If required, we can provide ‘first off’ or batch samples for inspection and testing before committing to a full volume order of extrusions cut to length.
